Have you ever been excited to start a new fitness routine and, after a few weeks, are frustrated by another nagging injury that stops your progress? Our bodies are amazing at adapting to our environments, including the way we move (or don't move). This is why those nagging injuries occur in the first place.

On the internet! All training sessions take place online via Google Meet.
How long is each session?
Introductory sessions last one hour and all other sessions last forty-five minutes. Sign up for a session today!
What training equipment do I need?
At a minimum, I recommend having a workout tube with handles that can anchor into a door and dumbbells best suited for your training goals.
